Privacy Policy
AppBasics Studio · Last updated: 18 October 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to all games, apps and related services published by AppBasics Studio ("we", "us", "our"), on any platform (each a "Service"). It explains what information may be handled when you use our Services, how it is used, and the choices and rights you have. Not every Service uses every feature described here; this policy covers all of them.
- We only handle the information needed to run our Services, keep them free, and improve them.
- Some Services work without any account; others offer an optional or required account.
- Some Services use trusted third-party providers (for example for ads, leaderboards, sign-in or analytics), which process information under their own privacy policies.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- You can ask us to access or delete your information at any time.
1. Information we may handle
Information stored on your device
Many of our Services save progress, preferences and settings locally on your device. This information stays on your device unless you choose to use a feature that syncs it (for example, an account or cloud save).
Information you provide
If a Service offers an account, profile, cloud save, leaderboard, or contact form, you may provide information such as a username or display name, an email address, a password, a profile picture, or messages you send to us or to other players. We use this only to provide the feature you chose.
Information collected automatically
When you use a Service, some technical information may be collected automatically, by us or by our providers, such as device and app information, identifiers (including advertising identifiers), approximate location derived from your IP address, gameplay and usage information, and crash or performance data.
Information from third parties
If you sign in or connect a Service through a third-party platform (for example a game platform account or a social login), we may receive basic information that platform shares with your permission, such as an identifier, a display name and an avatar.
2. How we use information
- To provide, operate and maintain our Services, and to save your progress;
- To create and manage accounts, and to enable features such as cloud save, leaderboards, achievements and other social or competitive features;
- To show advertising that keeps our Services free, and to measure it;
- To understand how our Services are used, fix bugs and improve them;
- To keep our Services safe, prevent cheating, fraud and abuse;
- To respond to your messages and provide support;
- To comply with legal obligations.
Where the law requires a legal basis (such as the EU/UK GDPR), we rely on your consent (for example for personalized advertising), on the performance of a contract (to provide the Service and features you request), on our legitimate interests (keeping our Services working, secure and improving), and on legal obligations.
3. Third-party services
Our Services may use third-party providers for functions such as:
- Advertising, including rewarded ads you choose to watch;
- Sign-in, accounts, cloud save, leaderboards and achievements, provided by game platforms or other online services;
- Analytics, crash reporting and performance monitoring;
- Hosting and backend services that store account or game data;
- Payments, if a Service offers purchases, processed by the app store or payment provider (we do not receive your full payment card details).
These providers may collect information directly from your device and process it under their own privacy policies. We choose providers that commit to protecting your information, and we share only what is necessary for the function they provide. Information about the specific providers used by a Service is available in its store listing (for example, the data safety section) or on request.
4. Advertising and your consent
Some of our Services are free and supported by ads. Advertising providers may use identifiers and other information to show ads, measure them, prevent fraud and, where you have agreed, show personalized ads. Where required by law (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), we ask for your consent before personalized ads are shown, and you can change your choice later from the Service's privacy settings.
You can also limit ad personalization at any time in your device settings, for example by resetting or deleting your advertising identifier.
5. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:
- with service providers acting on our behalf, as described above;
- with other players, for features you use that are public by design (for example a display name and score on a leaderboard);
- when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users, our Services or others;
- in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to protect your information.
6. Data retention
Information stored on your device stays there until you delete it, for example by uninstalling the Service or clearing its data. Account and online information is kept while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the Service, then deleted or anonymized, unless we must keep it longer by law. Information processed by third-party providers is kept according to their policies.
7. Deleting your account and data
If a Service has an account, you can delete it from within the Service where that option is available, or by emailing us from the address linked to your account (or with your username) and asking for deletion. We will delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days, except where we must keep some information to comply with legal obligations. Information stored only on your device can be removed by uninstalling the Service or clearing its data.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR, Morocco's Law No. 09-08, or US state privacy laws), you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete your information;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- receive your information in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting processing done before).
To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
You can also: change ad consent in the Service's privacy settings, limit ad personalization in your device settings, turn off notifications in the Service or device settings, and sign out of any connected platform account.
9. Children
Our Services are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against loss, misuse and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. International transfers
Our service providers may process information in countries other than yours, including the United States and the European Union. Where required, these transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example when we release a new Service or add a feature. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If changes are significant, we will let you know through the Service where possible.
